Unit 1 consists of a comfy twin bed that can be arranged as a spacious king-size bed upon request.

Unit 2 is complete with a cosy single bed.

Unit 3 boasts a comfy twin bed that can be arranged as a spacious king-size bed upon request.

Unit 4 is furnished with a cosy twin bed that can be arranged as a spacious king-size bed.

Unit 5 has two single beds.

And there is a flat on the top floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and storage space for your belongings. Also, each unit has an en-suite bathroom fitted with an enclosed shower, toilet, and a sink. The flat also offers one bathroom complete with a shower. Toiletries and towels are all provided.

DINING & KITCHEN:
There are two kitchens available. The first is located on the ground floor, and the second is in the flat on the top floor. There are also dining spaces available in each kitchen.

Both kitchens are equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and toaster. Wine glasses, cooking basics, and silverware are also provided.

OUTDOOR AREA:
A smoking area outside is available.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.

The property is located on the ground floor, and there are two flights of stairs within the house. There is no lift available.

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

Camborne lay in the heart of a former mining community and was well known for its “Queen of Cornish Mines" – the Dolcoath copper and tin mine, the deepest in Cornwall. Today, Camborne is home to Heartlands, a community space covering 19 acres and scattered with remnants of the mining industry, providing a free space for visitors to explore the heritage of Cornwall, browse art and craft projects, stroll through the gardens and sit and share a picnic, or enjoy lunch at the Red River Café.

From Camborne centre, you can follow an exciting town trail or spend the afternoon in the museum before visiting the array of shops and pubs. A ten-minute drive from Camborne brings you to a wealth of sandy Cornish beaches, including Portreath, Gwithian, and Porthtowan.

Camborne is ideal for exploring Land’s End, the Lizard Peninsula, Truro, and the Eden Project, which are all less than an hour’s drive away, suitable for a day trip.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
