ALTIDO Unique Villa w/Pool, Terrace & Tennis Court

This absolutely unique house on the Portuguese coast provides the perfect setting for holidays to remember. Here you can start your day with a delicious home-made breakfast at the terrace overlooking the ocean, enjoy the sun at the beautifully shaped swimming pool and play tennis at the private court. Let your friends or family have vacation they won’t forget. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a terrace, a swimming pool, a garden, BBQ and a tennis court. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Linen and towels provided as well as 2 hairdryers.

LIVING & DINING:
The spacious living room has a large beige sofa, a fireplace and a big flat screen TV. The elegant dining area can seat up to 8 guests. The sliding glass doors lead to the large open terrace where you can have dinner al-fresco or just enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean. There is another living room on the second floor with 2 stylish armchairs, a library and a small terrace.

KITCHEN:
The modern sparkling white kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the amenities you need including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a dishwasher. It also has a bar table and chairs for a quick snack. There is another kitchen on the second floor with an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge and a kettle.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The house has four bedrooms: three with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the three bathrooms has a bathtub and the other two have showers. Linen and towels are provided alongside two hairdryers.

Guests will have access to the entire villa, the garden, the swimming pool and the tennis court.

ALTIDO’s place is located in Alcabideche, Cascais just a half-hour drive away from Lisbon.

Quiet and picturesque, covered with greenery and providing great views to the ocean, Alcabideche is one of the most popular coastal areas among local and international visitors. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes and perfect calmness just a 30-minute drive from Lisbon and a 20-minute drive from the centre of Cascais with its historical palaces and modern art galleries. Don’t forget to visit the famous Casino Estoril near-by which inspired Ian Fleming to write the first James Bond novel Casino Royale.

* Please note that а refundable damage deposit of EUR 500 is mandatory and should be paid via card or cash and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

** Please note that the property should be accessed through the back gate only.

ALTIDO Portugal wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
