The flat sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, with 2 king-sized beds and 2 single beds. All linens are provided. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a grand sitting and dining room with large sash windows overlooking Raeburn Place.

You will have the entire flat to yourselves, including free Wifi. Please note there are stairs to navigate up to the flat with no elevator as it’s a Georgian building.

The property is located on the second floor of the building with stairs to access.

Laundry and Extra Appliances:
Everything needed to keep the place clean is provided: a mop & bucket, vacuum cleaner, and dustpan & brush are in the apartment.

The property is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

Please note that there is no parking on the property.
Paid on street parking is available nearby.

Just 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, Stockbridge is conveniently located for the Fringe Festival, Edinburgh Castle, the Botanical Gardens etc.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
