This classic studio apartment can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests and comes with a private bathroom entirely for your use. Hotel-quality linens and fluffy white towels are supplied, as well as toiletries for each guest, such as mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Please contact us prior to arrival.
This 20m2 studio is complete with a flat-screen TV, a large comfy bed—ideal for a good night's rest after a long day of exploring—a desk chair and laptop-friendly workspace with multiple power sockets for those needing to get some work done, and a wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a high-pressure rainfall shower. There are two mirrors—one full-length inside the bedroom and a smaller one inside the bathroom—along with plenty of cupboard space to store all your essentials.
The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a combi-oven, 2-ring hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a small fridge. Pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery are also supplied.
There are four spacious elevators in the building, providing quick and easy access to the studios and common spaces.
- Laundry – This is a service which must be paid for by the guests and we have card readers on site to accept cashless payments. There are 5 washing machines and 5 dryers, with a wash costing £4.80 per use and drying costing £2.80 per use.

Less than half a mile from historic Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle, it is a short walk to Lothian Road, Tollcross, Bruntsfield and the Meadows where the world-renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival takes place. It is surrounded with local supermarkets, independent cafes, bars, restaurants, and gastropubs, as well as cinemas, boutiques, and theatres. Fountainbridge offers great transport links to the rest of the city and the UK with an airport tram stop and Haymarket train station situated just a short 10-minute walk away.
ALTIDO at Vita is also conveniently placed near Edinburgh’s central business district, and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is just 5 minutes away.
You can walk everywhere from the hotel, but if you do require a taxi, there is a taxi rank nearby, and UBER is a cheaper alternative in Edinburgh. It takes approximately 20 minutes to drive to the airport.
The airport tram stop and Haymarket train station are each only a short 10-minute walk away and provide great connections to the rest of the UK and Europe.
