Our stylish living room offers you everything you need to relax and rest - a soft sofa with a coffee table in front of it, a large TV, and lots of natural light.

Bedroom and Bathroom:
The bedroom is equipped with a tremendously comfortable king sized bed, a night-stand with a lamp, and ample storage space.

The bathroom is impeccably clean and offers a very comfortable spacious shower unit. In the bathroom, you will find a storage room with a washer/dryer which is free to use. Note: Washing powder is NOT provided.

The kitchen and dining area are fully stocked for all your needs. You will find a large fridge freezer, a stove and an oven, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. You will also enjoy having a dishwasher at your disposal.

The dining table seats 2 people.

The West Port bus stop is just a short 2-minute walk away from the property.
Lothian Road is an 8 minute walk away where a vast number of buses travel from to all over the city.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
