LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room has a large grey sofa that can be turned into a double bed and a coffee table. There is a TV with Freeview and Smart TV in the cupboard. The modern open plan kitchen has all the amenities you need including a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. It also has a bar table with two chairs for snack breaks. The cozy dining area can seat two people with additional chairs for four, and you can have a meal al fresco on the balcony as well.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The stylish bedroom decorated with black-and-white photos has a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a large cabinet and a clothes stand. The black-and-white bathroom has a shower. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided as well as a hairdryer.
Guests will have full unrestricted access to the property including high speed Internet. They also will have access to a communal garden.

*The property is professionally cleaned and hotel-quality linens and towels will be provided for your stay.
**Please note that sofa bed linens are not included in the nightly rate. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know, and the additional fee is £20 for linens.
The property is located on the second floor in the building with no lift.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
