THE SPACE
In this elegant and exceptionally bright apartment you will surely have a great time in Edinburgh as every comfort has been taken care of with luxury touches such as: a real fireplace, Alexa speaker and a library of Penguin classic books in the living room, bathtub with rainfall shower in the bathroom and a dishwasher and Quooker hot tap in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy perfect comfort, stylish design and all the modern appliances at your disposal. The apartment has two bedrooms, one King and one with either a King or can be split into two single beds, a living room with dining area in the bay window. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The property is proffesionaly cleaned and hotel-quality linens and towels will be provided for your stay. Wi-Fi is also provied along with Smart TV. Guests (and well behaved pets) have access to the communal garden.

LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN
The charming living room with a large bay window has a comfortable sofa, a cosy armchair, a real fireplace and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a dining area by the window that can seat up to 4 guests. The modern kitchen has all the amenities including a cafetiere, an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a Quooker hot tap for boiling water and a dishwasher.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one that can either have a king size bed or split into two singles - please let us know your preference ahead of arrival. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and large window. The stylish bathroom has a tub and a rainfall overhead shower. Bathroom essentials are provided.

LAUNDRY & EXTRA APPLIANCES
The property is also equipped with a washing machine with a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience.

You are welcome to use the fireplace if you feel competent, logs are not provided but can be purchased nearby.

The property is located on the fourth floor of the building, and, as is traditional, there's no lift. The advantage is that this apartment is more peaceful and quiet, but please consider this if you are booking the property.

*Pets are welcome but please disclose this in the initial inquiry stage and an additional charge of 75 pounds pet fee will occur.

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
