Located within the popular and vibrant Quartermile area, this modern property offers both a delightful stay and a wonderful hub to all of our guests during their visit. The Meadows park is on your doorstep, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk or picnic with friends. This modern apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open plan living and kitchen area. Essentials such as linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. Free parking and an elevator are available at the property.

The space
The property is quite spacious and airy due to the large windows allowing light to enter.

It has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens allowing you to enjoy a good night's sleep after exploring the city. There is also a double sofa bed (extra fee for using!) within the open-plan living room/kitchen allowing you to rest comfortably should you fall asleep while watching TV or relaxing.

The apartment also includes a fully-equipped kitchen which allows you to prepare and enjoy a pleasant meal be it a quick but nutritious breakfast or a pleasant dinner. There is also an airy bathroom with a shower as well as underground parking and a lift which can help you in relaxing after a day or exploration.

- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

The Quartermile (originally known as the Old Royal Infirmary hospital) is a luxurious conversion of apartments, restaurants, and offices all located in Edinburgh’s Old Town. It has an excellent range of local amenities including a rich history as it is a short stroll from the Royal Mile, the National Museum of Scotland, the intellectual delights of the National Library of Scotland and the theatres of the West End. There are also banking facilities, bars, cafes and a yoga studio allowing you to enjoy whatever facet of Edinburgh you have chosen to explore. It is a neighborhood situated close to the Meadows, one of the city's fine parks.

The Meadows is a place which features many large open parks, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, a croquet club as well as recreational sports pitches. It is also a focal area where various events are throughout the year. Such include the Meadows Festival, an annual free community event, that has been running since 1974, with sporting activities, local bands, stalls, and family entertainment. There is also the Edinburgh Arrow, an archery contest that can take you back through time by making you feel as though you are one of England's figures of legend.
