A 3-minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop – Raeburn Place. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a gorgeous living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN:
The inviting living room is decorated in neutral colours and has grand windows for sunlight to pour in. There are also two cosy sofas and an armchair where you can gather together and watch your favourite TV show on the flat-screen TV.
If you decide to show off your cooking skills, then you can go to the kitchen and there you will find all the necessary equipment you might need to prepare your homemade dish, including hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, and silverware.
The dining area is suitable for up to 4 guests, but there is also a kitchen island with 3 bar stools available.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom and the second bedroom are furnished with double beds.
The main bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with an over-bath shower, toilet and a sink. The second half-bathroom has a toilet and sink.
Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine for your convenience.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no children, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
