The property consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a beautiful living room (with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area—all with incredible views.

With a spacious bedroom fitted with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, there is no doubt that a group of four will be able to sleep peacefully while staying in this property. LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN:
The living room is painted in neutral colours, which is gorgeously accented with modern, cleanly designed furniture so you can feel right at home, the moment you enter the apartment. You will find a comfy 2-seater sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring, a cosy armchair, a convenient coffee table, and a smart TV to keep you company. The sofa in the living room also converts into a double bed, suitable for up to 2 adults.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances to surprise your dearest ones with your stellar cooking skills, such as a double oven/microwave combination, hobs, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and silverware.
Once you are done with preparing your home-cooked masterpiece, gather everyone around the table, look out onto the historic George Street, and share a joyful moment together. Four guests can sit comfortably.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom is furnished with a soft, luxurious double bed promising a great night sleep, a set of bedside tables with lamps, an armchair—the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the amazing views—a side table, and a wall mirror.
The bathroom is fitted with an enclosed shower, a sink and a toilet. Bathroom essentials, a hairdryer, and towels are provided. Please note the shower uses an electric boiler, so the flow rate may be lower than expected.
Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and mop for your convenience.

There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is paid on-street parking nearby, from Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note, there is a max 3-hour stay here at ALL times.

-Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
-Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
-Keep the property clean and tidy.
-Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
-Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
-Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
