The space

The apartment has one Superking and one King sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with 6 seater dining table with stunning views and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials such as linen, towels & Wi-Fi are provided as well as a hairdryer. This property is a top floor apartment but the climb up the stairs is worth it for the views.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining area with outstanding views.
The modern white kitchen has all the amenities you might need including an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher as well as a breakfast nook that has wonderful views towards the Firth of Forth.

Each of the stylish two bedrooms has a comfortable bed, one Superking and one King size. The King bedroom has a TV and the Superking master bedroom has an ensuite with walk in rainfall shower and the main bathroom has a luxurious bath with overhead shower. Both bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating. Bathroom essentials & towels are provided as well as a hairdryers.

This property benefits from an amazing central location but is located on a main thoroughfare and traffic noise at night may be a problem for light sleepers, particularly in summer if the bedrooms windows are open (the apartment does not have air conditioning) Shutters have also been installed for maximum noise cancellation but we recommend noise sensitive guests bring appropriate personal noise-reduction aids.
