Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh International Conference Centre are just a stone’s throw away and all major sights are within walking distance as well as some of the city’s finest restaurants. The space
Enjoy perfect tranquility and great comfort in the very centre of Edinburgh in this amazing 2-storey apartment. Spacious, colourful and stylishly decorated, it will be the perfect place for your trip to Edinburgh. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor while the living room and kitchen are on the first floor. There are 12-15 stairs inside the property. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Essentials such as linen, towels & Wi-Fi are provided alongside a hairdryer.

The spacious living room with a ceiling window has two comfortable leather sofas one of which can be turned into a sofa bed, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV. There is also an elegant dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. The modern open plan kitchen has all the amenities including an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a french press and a dishwasher.

Each of the two elegant bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, a large cabinet and a flat screen TV. There is a glass shower cabin in each of the bathrooms. Bathroom essentials are provided.

Host recommendation: The cafe just on the corner below serves lovely breakfast and nice coffee and is open from 7:30am!

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
