This luxurious studio is located on the historic George Street and near all the major attractions, such as Princes Street and the Scottish National Gallery, and will fit your needs perfectly. The studio consists of 1 double bed, 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a cosy dining area. Essentials, linens, towels, and WiFi are provided.
From convenient location and clean design to thoughtful furnishings and stellar amenities, this charming studio has it all. No matter your reason for travelling, there is no doubt that a group of two will feel comfortable in this flat.
Once you enter the property, you will find an open living space with a cosy sofa, a comfy double bed, a wardrobe where you can store your belongings, a coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV to keep you entertained.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and silverware.
There is also a dining area with two chairs where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal while looking out over the roofs of Edinburgh.
The bathroom is equipped with an enclosed shower, a sink and a toilet. Bathroom essentials, towels, and a hairdryer are all provided. Please note the shower uses an electric boiler so the flow rate can be lower than expected.

The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine/dryer for your convenience.

The property is located on the second floor and there are two flights of stairs to the flat. Please note that the steps are steep; therefore this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is paid on-street parking nearby from Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note, there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.
Guests are free to check in on their own with a self-check-in system.

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
