This is a modern and spacious apartment providing ultimate comfort and luxury located above the historic Dean Village.
Only a short and scenic stroll to the city centre and 15 minutes walk along the beautiful 'Water of Leith' to vibrant Stockbridge.

It is very close to all travel links including tram stop to go to/from the Airport, as well as all Edinburgh's best shops, bars and restaurants.

Please note, the secure parking space is only suitable for small city cars and it won't fit an SUV.

The space
The space is warm, new and homely, with extremely comfortable beds and a relaxing quiet place for all of the family to enjoy. There are two bedrooms and a large dining room area for you and your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use all utensils should you wish to make a meal at home.

I use hotel quality bed linen and towels which will be left on the beds before your arrival. There will also be some soap, shampoo and shower gel so you do not need to worry about anything.

Edinburgh's New Town is the place to be if you're looking for a more relaxed pace of life with all the convenience of the city centre. The New Town is home to many of Edinburgh's independent boutiques, coffee shops, best restaurants and bars. Being this central, the apartment is also extremely well positioned for both Waverley and Haymarket rail stations. The area is also a great base for exploring further afar, with easy west-of-city access to both the Forth Road Bridge/North and Glasgow/M8

Getting around
The flat is very close to Haymarket Railway station (15mins walk), and the Edinburgh tram network stops nearby (10mins) for getting to/from the Airport. Edinburgh's taxi service is very reliable and Uber has just arrived in the city.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
