2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TVs and another 'open-space' bedroom on the second floor/studio with a lovely balcony overlooking the entire city.

There is a spacious living room with a dining area as well as free wifi, another TV and a fire place to make yourself at home. The fully equipped kitchen with the coffee machine, the dishwasher and the washer/dryer are also here to guarantee a perfect stay.

The location does not get any better than this! Old Tolbooth Wynd is literally just around the corner from the famous Royal Mile in the heart of historic Old Town. You will find the best local shops, restaurants and pubs super close to my apartment. Walk to all major attractions in less than 10 minutes including Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Calton Hill, St Gile's Cathedral, New Parliament, Arthur's Seat, National Museum and Princes Street.

Getting around
You can reach everything on foot from my apartment: Waverley train station and Waverley bridge where the Airport bus stops are both about 5-7 minutes away. There is a bus stop again only minutes away with excellent connections to the outer parts of town.

Black cabs and Uber are the most convenient and reliable services should you feel too tired to walk.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
