LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN
The spacious living room leads onto the conservatory with panoramic windows has two comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and a large flat screen TV. The glass door leads to the patio with a table and two benches for dining al-fresco. The elegant dining room inside the house can seat up to 6 guests. The modern kitchen has all the amenities including a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the three elegant bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and a cabinet, and one of the bedrooms has extensive wardrobe space. There is a jacuzzi bathtub with separate walk in shower in one of the bathrooms and a glass shower cabin in the other bathroom. The house also has an additional downstairs toilet. Bathroom essentials are provided as well as two hairdryers.

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

Guests will have full unrestricted access to the property including free Wi-Fi. Parking is available: there is enough space for three cars inside the gates and space for another car outside the gates.
