- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

There is a Starbucks, Swedish bakery and Sainsbury's grocery shop just across the road from the building complex and a yoga studio and 24/7 gym (day passes available) just 30 seconds away.
There is an elevator and a big private Q-Park directly underneath where you can securely park if needed.
Simpson Loan is really central, you can walk to every attraction within 15-20 minutes. Both Waverley and Haymarket train stations are only a short walk from the apartment. If however you wish to explore a place further from the city centre the bus stop is only minutes away from the apartment with good connections to Portobello beach, the Zoo, Craigmillar's Castle or Blackford Hill.
