LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA
The light and elegantly decorated living room boasts a large sofa and a deliciously comfortable armchair. There is an original wordpiece by artist Neil Wood as well as an antique French mirror and oïl painting on the walls. The feature bookshelves house an interesting selection of novels and guidebooks as well as a Harmon Kardon speaker for your listening pleasure. A limewashed oak table with French Thonet chairs will be the ideal place to sample a breakfast delight of a cinnamon bun from Soderberg's, the artisan bakery just next door or perhaps something a little more elaborate for a romantic evening dinner.
The bedroom, looking out over two beautiful, Georgian Church buildings is framed by midnight blue velvet curtains and features a grey linen upholstered King Size bed with hotel-quality linen in sparkling white. There is ample space for clothes in an inbuilt cupboard and also in an antique chest of drawers. A collection of vintage Deco mirrored frames displays early 1900 photographs of Edinburgh scenes including an image of the exterior of number 41 from 1924 when it offered "Good accommodation for naval men"!
