Please note, there is no diving door between the bedroom and the living room, although the space is separate.

Our spacious and immaculately decorated living room welcomes you to relax on a comfortable corner sofa in front of a large TV. The room is designed beautifully, with an ultra-modern aesthetic that provides style, comfort and warmth to the room. With a generous amount of space, impeccable interior design, and pristine presentation - we are confident that this room will become a hub of relaxation for you.
The bedroom with its king-sized bed is beautifully designed, has lots of natural light and comes with plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
In addition to the bedroom, the sofa in the living room converts into a sofa bed to sleep 2 guests at an additional cost.
The ultra-modern bathroom comes with a shower unit and everything you might need for your comfort.
Our functional kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for all your needs. There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and of course the necessary amount of dishes and cutlery.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Guests will have full unrestricted access to the property including free Wifi.
Other things to note
Please note - if the sofa bed is used there is an additional fee of £15 for linen. Sofa bed linen is not provided by default so please let us know if it is required.
A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know.
The property is professionally cleaned and hotel-quality linens and towels will be provided for your stay.
The property is located on the basement level with steps to gain access.
Laundry and Extra Appliances:
Everything needed to keep the place clean is provided: vacuum cleaner, and dustpan & brush are in the apartment.
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.
On street paid parking available nearby.
