The property can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. It has three cozy bedrooms, two of which have double beds and an en-suite with a shower. The third has two single beds with comfy mattresses and hotel-quality linens and towels. The two double bedrooms also have balconies. Apart from these rooms, the penthouse also features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas and an armchair are arranged in a way that permits both conversations or watching a movie. There is also a dining area with a table which can comfortably seat 6 people.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Guests will have unrestricted access to the property including free Wifi with the exclusion of a few locked cupboards. The property is located on the fifth floor and there is a lift available.
Other things to note
There are private balconies on either side of the apartment to enjoy the summer sun (when it comes)! On booking, it is essential to let us know whether your are bringing a cargo we can register your car for a parking space.
The property is professionally cleaned and hotel-quality linens/towels will be provided for your stay.
