Characterful Georgian New Town flat in one of the most exclusive and desirable parts of central Edinburgh. Yards from trendy Stockbridge and 7 mins walk to Princes Street. It is close to the tourist attractions and shops and benefits from access to the prestigious Moray Place and Doune Terrace gardens. It is quiet, yet is a stone's throw from fine bars and restaurants.

Perfect for 2 or 3 couples, a group of friends or a family.

The space
The photos and pictures don't give it justice for this grand and spacious flat set in the one of the most prestigious addresses in Edinburgh. This stems from several details. Among them are the high ceilings, the large floor to ceiling windows and 28 foot huge lounge which give it a truly spacious and classy feel, with lots of natural light. There is also a sofa bed which may include an extra fee for usage!

Besides the decor which has been carefully chosen and set up, the property is also appealing for its layout and design. Such include 2 bedrooms with a double bed each strewn with hotel-quality linens and provided with same quality towels. There is also a comfy bathroom with shower and tub as well as WC and whb, allowing you to refresh yourself after a day of exploration or before a night out.

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

***Please note that a small non-shedding dog will be accepted on the property, upon request.

Please note - if the sofa bed is used there is an additional fee of £15 for linen. Sofa bed linen is not provided by default so please let us know if it is required.

A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know.

There is also a cupboard in which you will find a comfy air mattress which you can use in addition to the sofa bed. However, you should bear in mind that you need to warn in advance should you decide to use both so there will be time to prepare linens for them.
