Within minutes of walking, you can reach George Street and Princes Street where you will find a plethora of shops, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.

LIVING ROOM:
A spacious and elegant living room welcomes you to relax on a large and comfortable corner sofa. The room is designed beautifully, with a modern aesthetic that provides style, comfort and warmth to the room, making it not only a hub for unwinding in, after a long day, but also a lovely sight to behold.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms are large, ultra clean, and modern. They come with plenty of space for all your belongings. The Master bedroom also includes a flat screen TV and a dressing table.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a shower unit and everything you might need for your comfort.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for all your needs and very functional. There is a coffee maker, a microwave, toaster, oven, and of course the necessary amount of dishes and cutlery.

ENTERTAINMENT:
There are Alexa-enabled SONOS Wireless HiFi Systems, in the livingroom and both bedrooms which you can use at your disposal.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Guest access
Guests will have full unrestricted access to the whole property including Queen St Gardens East. Please note, Gardens access has strict conditions (no fires).

The property is professionally cleaned and hotel-quality linens and towels are provided for your stay.

The property has a private entrance with 8 steps down to the property door from the street.

Everything needed to keep the place clean is provided: a mop & bucket, vacuum cleaner, and dustpan & brush are in the apartment.

The property is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, hairdryers and straightners provided for your convenience.
