The space
The property is in a Georgian-style building. It has been refurbished to fit to a high standard while retaining many of its original features. It has 3 generously-proportioned bedrooms fitted with a double bed. There is also a double bed in the living room.

All of the beds have hotel-quality linens and towels as well as luxury toiletries. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite which in turn has a powerful shower. Besides the en-suite you can also freshen up in the separate bathroom fitted with a shower and tub. Apart from the bedrooms and bathrooms, the property also has a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dishwasher and dryer. And an open-plan living/dining room with a TV. The property also has free parking.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property including free wifi and parking space on the street outside.
Other things to note
Please note - if the sofa bed is used there is an additional fee of £15 for linen. Sofa bed linen is not provided by default so please let us know if it is required.

A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know.

The property is professionally cleaned and hotel quality linen and towels will be supplied. I provide hairdryers for all the bedrooms as well.

With its graceful sweeping crescents, wide streets and private central gardens as well as beautiful stone buildings the New Town is quite pleasing to the eyes. With many of the buildings in the area built in the Georgian Style, the area offers sights which would delight many. The area is also a place which can delight shoppers, art lovers and appreciators of fine cuisine. As it features places such as Princes Street with views of Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. George Street with its high end boutiques. The range of galleries to choose from is just as wide with frequently visited ones including The National Gallery of Scotland and the Scottish National Portrait Gallery. The area also has quite a few great bars and cafes and some fine festivals.
