The living room has a sofa, armchair and chaise-lounge in the open plan living area and an additional charming snug room on the mezzanine level has a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The open plan white kitchen will inspire you to cook a great meal for your friends and family. It features all the amenities including a fridge, induction hob with an oven, a steam oven, a french press, induction kettle and dishwasher. The elegant dining area for up to 6 guests has a functioning fireplace. There is a small living area adjusted with a sofa and an armchair.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms in the property: one has a king sized bed and two others have two single beds each. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower and one has a bathtub with spa settings. All bedrooms also have plenty wardrobe space. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
