The layout of this lovely little property, located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, is similar to a studio, with a comfortable double bed in the living room. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with heated floor. Although at first glance this apartment looks like a studio flat, the living room is quite spacious and the double bed here doesn't seem at all out of place once you are inside the property, especially as there is still room for a small dining table and comfortable armchairs. This living area is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural light streaming through the double-glazed windows, and the stylish decoration providing a comfortable feel which immediately makes you feel at home. This main room has an air-conditioning unit which also provides heat during the winter.

This apartment for up to 2 guests enjoys one of the best locations in the city, right in the heart of the city. It is located on the Rua das Portas de Santa Antão, which is choc-a-bloc with cafés and restaurants, and the apartment is just around the corner - 100 m - from the most central point, the Rossio square. Right outside the front door of the building, there are many cafés and great restaurants of all types of cuisine - all located in the surrounding streets. This is the heart of the city - Baixa or downtown area, and you can find all that you need here: clothes and shoe shops, souvenir shops, cafés & restaurants, banks, department stores and much more. Transport is provided by several different bus lines, tram lines, hundreds of taxis and 2 nearby metro stations: Restauradores and Rossio, both within 5 minutes' walk. The Baixa area itself is already the main tourist area, with sites such as the Santa Justa elevator, the expansive Praça do Comercio, Restauradores, and Rossio squares, and the lively Rua Augusta street with its terraces, shops, street theatre and the triumphal arch leading to the Praça do Comercio square. From this area you can easily walk to the other tourist districts of Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Alfama - it really is the perfect location for your stay!
