The area is home to some great restaurants, and a stop of the famous Tram 28 is only a 2-minute walk away. The Santa Justa Lift is just around the corner, and Praça do Comércio is within walking distance as well. The house has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, a lounge, 2 patios and a terrace.

The house has a living room with a sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a TV. The dining area can seat up to 4 guests. There is also a functional kitchenette with a stove and a coffee machine.
The lounge on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. There is also a small patio adjacent to the lounge with a table and 2 chairs.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each of the 6 bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, an open wardrobe, a dedicated workspace, a TV, and an air-conditioner. One of the bedrooms also has a patio with a table and 2 chairs. There is a shower in each of the 6 bathrooms.
Additionally, there is a half bathroom in the hallway, conisting a WC and a sink.
On the ground floor and on the first floor of the house there are balconies with 2 chairs and a table.
On the top floor there is a great open terrace with a stunning view over the river.

** All the ACs in the flat are sharing the same exterior unit and in order to work, they all need to be set up on the same program. If even one AC is set up on a different program they all stop working.

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
