The space
The stylish apartment is the perfect place to stay with friends or family. It is modernly decorated and has plenty of natural light. Enjoy the beautiful views of Lisbon from the open terrace and air conditioning in each room. The flat is located on the ground floor, professionally cleaned and suitable for either a short or a long-term stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a terrace. Essentials such as linens and towels are provided.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN:
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and an air conditioner. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a coffee machine, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. It also has a dining area for up to 4 guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside tables, a clothes rail and an air conditioner. From one of the bedrooms you can get to an open terrace with a table and 2 chairs. There is a shower in the bathroom, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and washing machine for your convenience.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Welcome to Ajuda, a quiet residential neighbourhood with noble history and easy access to the city centre. The neoclassical Palace of Ajuda, which used to be a royal residence, is just around the corner from the apartment. The Monsanto Forest Park, the largest green area in the city, which boasts unique landscapes and multiple leisure and sports facilities, is within walking distance. In just a few minutes you can walk to Jardim Botânico da Ajuda, the first botanical garden in Portugal, built in 1768. The famous Belém Tower and the Gothic Jerónimos Monastery are both less than a 15-minute bus ride away from the apartment.
You can easily reach the city centre within 30 minutes by bus.
