Solar da Costa - Alojamento Local is a second-floor apartment in a building with no lift, with stunning panoramic views of Lisbon, the River Tagus, and the 25 de Abril bridge. The flat is in the Santa Maria Maior district, very close to the magnificent São Jorge Castle, close to Alfama, the centre of town, and only 200 meters from public parking EMEL - Chão do Loureiro with his supermarket.
Entirely restored to a high standard, the apartment, which accommodates up to 6 guests, comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom. The spacious and light-filled living room is composed of a comfortable sofa and AC, with access to a balcony providing magical views of the city and the river. The open living room is also furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, dryer machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery and accessories, offering you the option to cook for yourself.
The 3 double bedrooms have windows facing onto a quiet residential street (as it’s restricted to neighbours) and access to a terrace. Extremely bright, with double-glazed windows throughout the apartment also ensures that all noise is blocked out. Each room is fitted with cupboards providing ample storage space. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, WC and wash basin with a large mirror and a cabinet to store bathroom items.
*Please note that the street is only accessible by foot or Taxi, as it is a restricted area (only accessible by residents).
There is an EMEL paid parking 200 meters away from the apartment.

This apartment is on the second floor of a building located in the historical centre of Lisbon. It is very close (5min) from tram station, restaurants and antique shops. If you want to take a walk you can go to the Castle of S.Jorge or to the Miradouro de Santa Luzia where you have also a nice view over Lisbon and the river. It's the perfect place to be if you like to discover the old quarter on foot, you are on the top of one of the 7 hills and at a walking distance of the best Miradouros of the city. The apartment is located in the centre of this typical quarter but in a very quiet place. Be aware that being in an historical quarter it is closed to private cars so we do not advise renting a car.
