This apartment is the ideal choice for your short stay in Lisboa. The entrance leads straight onto the apartment. There is no building lobby. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private full bathroom with shower and another one with a trundle bed. There is one full bathroom with shower by the hall. The living room has a nice sofa-bed for two extra guests to sleep in, a TV with international channels and a dining table big enough for six. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare your favourite meals.

A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM.

Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in.

**Please note that the property is located in a historic area of Lisbon, where taxis or cars do not enter, the taxi will stop at Rua Castelo Picão number 17, just a 1 minute's walk from the property.

The apartment located 150 meters away from Miradouro de Santa Luzia – Lisboa’s most impressive view. Both rooms have lateral views to the quarter of Alfama and to the Tagus river. Alfama is the traditional Old Town district in the centre of Lisboa, and this apartment is located in the heart of this quarter. The perfect place for your short break in the city. Here you will live in a genuine typical Lisbon quarter, with its’ more than 30 Fado restaurants. But also you will be near the Center City, the extravagant "Bairro Alto" and near to the main public transports (Metro, train, bus, and the typical tramway). You will be ten minutes walk from Santa Apolónia railway station (Porto, Coimbra, Algarve) and 10 minutes from Cais do Sodré railway station (that accesses to the fabulous Cascais/ Estoril beaches).There is a stop of the famous 28 tram, 100 meters distance from the apartment. This is the perfect option if you want to get passionate by Lisbon’s typical way of living: its’ charming corners, the Tagus river, its"miradouros", its’ unique light, its’ iconic shops.

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
