The flat is located in the lively Arroios area with plenty of bars and restaurants right at your doorstep and a stop of the famous Tram 28 only a short walk away. It will take you just 20 minutes to reach the centre. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Elements of traditional Portuguese decor, such as patterned tiles and blue wall paintings, are graciously mixed in the modern design of the apartment. Here you will find everything you need for either a short- or a long-term stay—enjoy great style and comfort for as long as you want. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Linens, and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:
The modern living room has a sofa which can turn into a single bed, a dining area for up to 2 guests and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan blue-and-white kitchen has all the modern amenities, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, oven, and microwave.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
There is a comfortable double bed in the stylish white bedroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and linens, and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Monte Agudo viewpoint, a beautiful spot to enjoy one of the best views in the city, is just a short walk away, as well as Mercado de Arroios, a local market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood. The famous monumental fountain Fonte Luminosa is just around the corner—visit in the evening to see a magical light show. The iconic Number 28 tram stops nearby, so you can take one of the original 1930s trams and explore Lisbon’s history.

Your most convenient and nearest transport stop is the 'Pç. Chile/Av. Almirante Reis’ bus stop, which is just a 4-minute walk from the property. The metro station, ‘Anjos,’ is an 11-minute walk away, and the tram stop, ‘R. Forno Tijolo,’ where you can catch the famous Tram 28, is a 13-minute walk from the apartment.

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
