This gorgeous house in Wandsworth has 5 comfortable bedrooms, hotel-quality linen and all the necessary amenities to suit your needs perfectly. This modern accommodation is the perfect base for your exciting trip to London, whether travelling with friends or a couple of families for up to 7 guests. One of the rooms also comes with a dedicated workspace and a Juliette balcony; on the ground floor, you will find a beautiful garden at your disposal.

The bright and inviting living room offers a cosy sofa where you can sit back and relax after a long day exploring the historical part of the city. The flat-screen LCD TV will keep you entertained with your favourite shows. Additionally, you can spend time on the armchair with a book in your hands or have your afternoon cup of tea on the available small table close to the windows.

The modern open-plan kitchen is spacious in size, with a dining table that can seat up to 7 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs.

The 5 available bedrooms are the picture of elegance; 2 of the rooms are each fitted with king-size beds, while the other 3 rooms are each equipped with double beds. The bedroom on the first floor in the back of the house also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a cabin shower. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space for your belongings and luggage.

One of the rooms on the top floor is fitted with a TV, a desk, and a chair—the perfect work environment. There is a Juliette balcony with an abundance of natural light flooding through.

The property has 3 modern bathrooms, alongside a guest toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with cabin showers, a mirror, a toilet and a sink with cupboards.

There is a spacious landscaped garden with outdoor furniture—the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or pre-dinner drinks with family and friends. You can also take advantage of the available barbecue and the portable tennis table to enjoy your cosy afternoon in the fresh air.

The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a washing / drying machine for your convenience.

**Kindly note that the office on the ground floor will be locked and is strictly off limits to guests. In addition, some wardrobes/cupboards are off limits. Any wardrobes/cupboards with tamper tape are not to be accessed. The removal of the tamper tape will result in a penalty / deduction from the damage deposit. Thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

***Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £600 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
– Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
