ALTIDO is delighted to welcome you to this stunning architectural masterpiece of a home, located in Brook Green, West London. Attractions nearby include Hyde Park & Westfield Shopping Centre. Kensington Olympia and Shepherd's Bush stations are both under a 10-minute walk away. The house boasts 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 roof terraces and a swimming pool. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.
Located on the ground floor, the first living room is bright & airy, furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a drop down cinema screen and a pool table that can be converted into a table tennis table. The room leads out onto the external terrace. The second living room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the entire house. The house is also equipped with an indoor slide and a fireman's pole, fun ways to get between floors.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully-equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor and includes a Quooker hot water tap, a SAGE coffee machine, a cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, 2 ovens, a blast chiller, a vacuum packer, an induction wok and a hot plate, by Electrolux Grande Cuisine. The adjacent dining area is spacious in size and can seat up to 20 guests. The kitchen/dining room also leads out onto the external terrace.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The house boasts a total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The First bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 160 Hästens bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 are each furnished with a 180 x 160 Hästens bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a fitted bathtub and a double vanity. The third bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. There is also a guest toilet located on the ground floor by the main entrance.
The external terrace on the ground floor boasts a lap pool and an outdoor shower. The terrace is accessible via the living room as well as the kitchen/dining area. The roof is equipped with two terraces, offering stunning views of the surrounding neighbourhood. There is also a free-to-use parking space available in the front garden, suitable for a small car.
Guests will have access to the entire house, aside from the Master bedroom and one office that will both be locked and are strictly off limits. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Additional highlights include Holland Park, the Design Museum and Kensington High Street.
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
