Welcome to Notting Hill, one of London's trendiest districts! The surrounding area is lively and vibrant with a wide range of cafes, restaurants and bars on offer. Famed for its' bohemian culture, Portobello Road is a short 3-minute walk away and its' renowned market sells a variety of antiques and vintage fashion items. Both Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Grove are a few minutes walk away and are renowned for their great shopping and cafe culture!
Notting Hill Gate Underground Station (Central Line) is a 6-minute walk away, offering great transportation links across the city of London. The closest bus stop is Chepstow Crescent and is just around the corner.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodating a total of 6 guests, making this the perfect place for a family or group of friends visiting London.
Living and Eating
The main living room on the ground floor is bright & airy, beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and includes an L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully-equipped, offering a variety of kitchen appliances as well as a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen island and bar stools on offer, as well as a dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. There is a second living room area on the first floor with a double sofa bed. The terrace is located on the first floor and is accessible via the living room area and one of the bedrooms.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Master Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a cosy armchair and a flat-screen TV. This room offers direct access onto the terrace.
Second Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a double bed, an armchair and a desk.
Third Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a double bed, a dressing table and an armchair.
The upstairs living room area has a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa-bed, accommodating 2 guests.
There are 2 bathrooms, and the family bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub and an over-bath shower.
Hairdryer, towels, linen and bathroom essentials are all provided.

An ALTIDO employee will welcome you to the property, give a tour, and provide keys.
Late Check-in Fees

After 12 AM: £40
In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time.
*Please note, that in order to avoid any leaks and blockages, the roof terrace drain needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks. In regards to this one of our representatives will need to stop by for a few minutes in order to take care of the above.

Portobello Road Market, the world’s largest antiques market with over 1,000 dealers selling every kind of antique imaginable, is a short walk away. Both Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Grove are a few minutes walk away and are renowned for their great shopping and cafe culture! The Museum of Brands, Packaging & Advertising is close-by and Pembridge Square Garden is a stone's throw from the property.
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
House Rules
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
