The cozy living room is furnished to make you feel at home, with a soft sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat. The living room also provides direct access onto the private backyard patio.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The open-plan kitchen is modern, fully-equipped and includes a cafetiere, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining area is rustic in style and can seat up to 6 guests.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM:
The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a builtin wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed and offers plenty of storage space with builtin wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The main bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower and a separate bathtub. There is an additional toilet at your disposal.
Hammersmith is a popular residential neighbourhood located in West London. The flat is situated near the banks of the River Thames and Frank Banfield Park, both perfect for a morning run or a leisurely stroll. Specific recommendations from the homeowner himself include: The River Café (2-min walk away) for authentic Italian cuisine and The Crabtree (5-min walk away) for a quintessentially English pub experience.
Other things to note:
Please note there is a construction work taking place nearby. Working hours 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, no work on the weekends for now. It will continue for at least 1 month, maybe 2 if the construction workers are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances .
*** This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
