Sleeps up to 8 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV and WiFi are provided. Free parking space available onsite.
Located on the ground floor, the first living room is elegant in style and is adorned with soft blue furnishings. The room is furnished with a velvet sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The second living room is located on the lower ground floor and is flooded with natural daylight. The room is furnished with large comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a pool table and a flat-screen TV. One of the sofas can be converted into a king-size sofa bed. WiFi is available throughout.
KITCHEN & DINING
Located on the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is spacious, modern and fully-equipped. Amenities include a cafetiere, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and both induction and gas hobs. The kitchen is also equipped with an island and barstools. The adjacent dining table can seat up to 8 guests. There is also a working desk area at your disposal. The kitchen/dining room leads out into the back garden.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed, a velvet armchair, builtin wardrobes and a flat-screen TV. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a cabin shower, a toilet, a standalone bathtub and a double vanity.
The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and is furnished with a king-size bed. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a toilet and a sink.
Both the third and fourth bedrooms are located on the second floor and are each furnished with twin beds, where children up to 12 years can sleep comfortable.
The third bathroom is also on this floor and is fitted with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink.In addition, there are 2 guest toilets in the property, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.
The private back garden is accessible via the kitchen/dining area. The garden is spacious in size and is equipped with a decking area and comfortable seating.

Please be advised that the house can provide comfortable stay for maximum of 4 adults ( in the two double bedrooms) and 4 children for up to 12 years(in the two kid`s rooms - each with 2 bunk beds).
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
