● Guests will have access to the entire house, except the ground-floor front room, the upstairs study, the shed and the wood-burning stove. All of which are off-limits for guests’ use.
● Free parking is available in the property's driveway. However, please note that the parking space can fit only a standard vehicle and will not suit minivans or SUVs. Important: The entrance to the driveway is shared with the next-door neighbour and must allow access to both properties at all times.
● Guests can also park for free in a “Residents Parking” bay, restricted between 11 AM -12 AM on Monday-Friday. Parking is FREE all day Saturday and Sunday in the “Residents Parking Bays.”
● The property entrance is on the ground floor, and no lift is available.
● There are two flights of stairs within the property.

– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
