LIVING ROOM
The living room is flooded with natural daylight and furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is also a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with a wide range of books to enjoy throughout your stay! The adjacent dining area can seat up to 2 guests. There is WiFi throughout the entire flat.

KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes: a cafetiere, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a builtin cupboard. The bedroom also boasts a lovely private balcony with outdoor furniture, offering stunning views across the garden opposite.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

ALTIDO London wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
