This modern spacious flat has spectacular views over the River Thames with its own private balcony! It sleeps 4 people with 1 ensuite double room and a comfy sofa bed. The large living area which has window walls letting in loads of light has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table, sofa/double sofa bed and TV. It is the perfect base for a group of friends/family wanting to visit and explore London and live in style! Parking, linen, towels, hairdryer, iron, wifi + bathroom essentials provided!

Living and eating
There is an open plan living room / kitchen / dining area which is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating. This includes a flat screen TV for you to enjoy! The sofa can also be transformed into a comfy double sofa bed.

The dining table is equipped with seating for up to 4 guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials you may need.

There is access to the fantastic balcony through the glass doors in the living area. Sit at the table and chairs and enjoy the most amazing views of the River Thames and across London.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom: A light bright room, the bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and plenty of hanging/storage space. It has large windows with lovely views letting in lots of light and access to the balcony! It also has an ensuite bathroom with bath, sink and WC.

Bathroom: There is an additional bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer and iron.

There is an underground parking space that comes with the flat!

There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

House Rules
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
