This exclusive property is ideally situated in Shepherd's Bush, consisting 3 bedrooms, a charming rooftop terrace and a lovely backyard patio. Despite its' prime location, the house is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The property is perfect for a big family, four couples or a group of friends visiting London. With Shepherd's Bush Tube Station a short 2-minute walk away, you can access any part of London within the blink of an eye. If you wish to use a car, the A3220 is less than 2 minutes away from the house. This stylish property is the perfect place to stay if you plan on exploring London as you can enjoy easy access across the city.
Living and Eating
The living room is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows. It is also complete with comfy sofas, comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a fantastic DVD collection and a wide range of books. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and electric hobs. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a sociable dinner amongst friends and family. The table can also be extended and accommodate up to 10-12 guests.
You can access the backyard patio via the kitchen/dining area. The patio is a charming outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee!
There is also a stunning rooftop terrace which can be accessed via the top floor and is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the views of the surrounding area.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Master bedroom: Bright bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, comfortable desk space and an en-suite bathroom complete with a cabin shower.
Second bedroom: Light and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom: Spacious bedroom with twin beds and a chest of drawers.
Other sleeping areas: There is also a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults, located in the living room.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The Master bedroom en-suite bathroom is equipped with a cabin shower. The second bathroom is complete with a bathtub and an over-bath shower.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
Shepherd's Bush is a lively and vibrant multicultural neighbourhood located in West London. The area has a wide range of cocktail bars, relaxed pubs and live music venues on offer. The renowned Westfield Shopping Centre is a short 5-minute walk away and is home to retail chains, luxury boutiques and global restaurants. Also nearby are the colourful stalls of Shepherd’s Bush Market offering fresh produce, authentic dishes and quality fabrics. For a more relaxed environment, head to Holland Park (15-minute walk away) and enjoy a tranquil stroll amidst the greenery.
*Please note, that the property is fitted with noise detection device.
** Please note that the owner's housekeeper visits the property every Wednesday from 12.00h to 14.00h to tend to the garden, the terraces and the flowers. She also collects the post for the owners. We hope you won't mind her visits, please do let us know if this causes any inconvenience.
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
