Located on the ground floor, the first living room is bright & airy, flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large French windows. Elegant in design and adorned with stylish interiors, the room is furnished with comfortable seating alongside a coffee table and a bookshelf. The room leads out into the private garden. The second living room is also on the ground floor and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The third living room is located on the lower ground floor and is furnished with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV. The room is also equipped with a state of the art bar, where guests can enjoy a drink or two.
KITCHEN & DINING
Located on the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is spacious in size, modern and fully-equipped. Amenities include a cafetiere, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs. The kitchen is also equipped with an island and 3 barstools. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 10 guests. The kitchen/dining area leads out into the private garden.

Located on the first floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a super-king size bed, a walk-in closet and a flat-screen TV. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, a standalone bathtub, a toilet and a double vanity. On the ground floor the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed with built-in wardrobes. The room offers an adjoining bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, a standalone bathtub, a toilet and a double vanity. Located on the lower ground floor, the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower ground floor and is furnished with a king size bed, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The fifth bedroom which can double up as an office is located on the lower ground floor and is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into 2 single beds. The room offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet and a sink. In addition, there are 2 guest toilets in the property. Bathroom essentials are provided, including towels and toiletries. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
SWIMMING POOL & SAUNA
The indoor heated swimming pool and the sauna are both located on the lower ground floor. The swimming pool is 0.8 meters in depth and 17 meters in length.
The house has three separate gardens, front rear and courtyard. The two rear gardens are completely private and accessible via the ground floor living room, as well as the kitchen/dining area. The rear garden has an attractive bench garden overlooking the original house and adjoining moat whilst the rear courtyard garden has an expansive paved area with outdoor furniture seating 8 as well as a gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining.

There are some cupboards/drawers which are off limits to guests and are sealed with tamper tape. The wine cellar is locked and is strictly off limits. A member of ALTIDO London will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

Fulham Broadway Underground Station is a 20-minute walk away, servicing the District Line. The nearest bus stop is Kingwood Road (Stop FM) which is just around the corner from the house. If you’re travelling by car, the A219 Fulham Palace Road is just by the house. The property offers an enclosed parking space, available within the boundaries of the property and accessed by an electric gate. Kindly note that car access is only possible during daylight hours. There is also pay-and-display parking nearby.

Always shut the pool door
Always wipe your feet prior to entering the property after using the pool. DO NOT walk around the property with wet feet especially on wooden floors.
DO NOT use the gaming room to access the pool from the garden (door will be locked)
Please do not sit on the bench in the sitting room by the gaming table as the painting is worth a lot and the owner would like to reduce any risk of damaging it.
Please do not remove any keys on any locks
Wine cellar is off limit to guests
Please enjoy the alcohol at the bar but replenish any bottles that are empty. DO NOT open any bottles that are not opened.
Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 1500 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
