Set across 2 floors, the flat offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a separate kitchen and a private terrace. Sleeps up to 6 guests. The living room is spacious in size and sophisticated in style. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, stylish armchairs, a coffee table, a bookshelf and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 6 guests and leads out onto the private terrace. The separate kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. Amenities include a Magimix coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs.

The first bedroom is furnished with a four poster king-size bed alongside built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, with a large chest of drawers. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a built-in cupboard. Both bathrooms are each fitted with a cabin shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.

The private terrace is accessible via the living room and offers great views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The terrace is also equipped with a table and 4 chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.

Kindly note that the staircase inside the flat has no banister, so please be careful when going up the stairs. For this reason, the property is not suitable for children.

If you’re travelling by car, there is pay-and-display parking nearby. If you’d like to explore the city by bicycle, there is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just down the road.
