The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a wall cabinet, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for up to 6 guests. The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, induction stove, kettle, and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The flat has 3 bedrooms—each furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.6x2m) and a large wardrobe for your belongings. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. The house also has 2 additional toilets.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
There are 2 terraces on the ground floor of the house and a small balcony on the first floor.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

Porto is famous for its marvellous palaces, stately bridges and, of course, worldly known port wine. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the city centre. The major attractions, including Porto Cathedral and Bolsa Palace, are a 20-minute drive or 50-minute bus ride away.

*Please note that the room on the first floor next to the bathroom and the kitchen pantry are closed and off-limits for guests.

House Rules
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
