Description

4 Guests
1 bedroom

Cosy apartment for four people, organized onto two floors and situated in a quiet street of the historical centre, at only two minutes from the Università degli Studi of Milan.

The apartment is situated at the first floor of an historical building and overlooks the inner courtyard. The entrance opens into the living, which is divided into two main areas: a relax zone, which represents also the other night zone of the apartment, thanks to the large queen size sofa bed; and the dining room, with its beautiful table made of wood.
In a separate room there is the kitchen that comes with all the useful equipments: dishwasher, microwave and cooktop with two electric hobs.
On the second floor, that in reality is a mezzanine floor, there is the master bedroom, which overlooks the living room and has also a small storage room, where you can easily put all your belongings.
The bathroom comes with shower box.

Few other apartments in town can boast of such an excellent position, perfect to explore the historical part of the city. Just to name some of the most interesting cultural sites, located at no more than 15 minutes of walking distance: the Duomo, the Royal Palace, Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, the Teatro Alla Scala, the Museum of the ‘900, Brera Gallery.
It is also very well-served by public transports: in the area there are more than 10 stops of different transports, including shuttles to airports and train stations.

In addition to the classic places, above-mentioned, close by there are also some other interesting places:
The Università degli Studi, building that dates back to the Lombard Renaissance period and to the Duchy of Francesco Sforza;
The Park Guastalla, elegant green area where people go looking for some relax;
Piazza dei Mercanti, the “Medieval sitting room of Milan”, with its colonnade that is characterized by a unique sound effect;
The Sforzesco Castle, situated at the end of Via Dante, a pedestrian zone with several interesting places to do shopping;
Marino Palace, it is seat of the municipality and organizes guided tours.

Obviously, nearby there are several places where to eat. If you are looking for high quality street food, we recommend: Margy Burger, a small diner situated in Piazza Santo Stefano, specialities hot dogs and burgers; and Luini, in Via Santa Radegonda, specialities original “panzerotti” from Puglia. If you prefer something more sophisticated, you should go to Maio Restaurant that offers an innovative menu and a beautiful view of the Duomo. And finally, we point out the restaurant Dodici Gatti, situated on the rooftop of Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, at the end of the Highline Galleria.
