The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a large terrace, a rooftop swimming pool and a garage with 2 parking places. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Essentials, linen, and towels provided.

LIVING ROOM & DINING:
The stylish grey and blue living room has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a fluffy carpet and a glass coffee table. The adjusted dining area can sit up to 6 guests. The sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a big terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and stunning views to Nazaré.

KITCHEN:
The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the amenities you need to cook a great meal for your friends and family including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has 3 elegant double bedrooms, one has a double bed and each of the other two has a double bed which consist of two single beds. Each bedroom has a large wooden wardrobe, air conditioner and a big window for plenty of natural light. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided alongside a hairdryer.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The apartment has a large terrace to enjoy your breakfast or dinner al fresco and an amazing rooftop swimming pool with sunbeds.

The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Nazaré, just a short walk away from the beach and best city’s restaurants.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
