Free parking is available for guests, and all essentials, linens, towels, and WiFi are provided.

LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN:
The living room on the ground floor has a sofa that can turn into a double bed, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining room on the ground floor with a table, 2 benches, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV.

The elegant dining room on the first floor has a wooden table and 8 chairs. The study on the first floor has a table and a comfortable office chair. The separate kitchen on the first floor is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, cafetiere, fridge, gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second kitchen outside.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The house has 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. 4 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and 1 bathroom has a bathtub. One of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located in a smaller house adjacent to the main building.

OUTDOOR AREA:
The spacious terrace with a table, chairs, benches, and a hammock overlooks the picturesque countryside.
There are several sunbeds next to the private swimming pool.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a washing machine with drying options, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience.

Don’t forget to visit Adega Viúva Gomes, an established winery in a 19th-century building just a minute’s walk from the property. The house is located in a quiet-yet-lively area where you can enjoy a calm, peaceful atmosphere while being just a few steps from various shops and restaurants. The city centre, with all major attractions, including Porto Cathedral and Bolsa Palace, is a 30-minute drive or an hour’s bus ride from the house.

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
– Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
– In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
