The villa has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms inside the house, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a terrace, and a swimming pool. The house is located an hour drive away from Lisbon and a half-hour drive from Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril.

The space
This is the perfect place for the truly unforgettable holiday that you deserve. Here, you will spend quality time with your loved ones, free of any flaws or worries. Cook any meal you want in the kitchen, enjoy incredible views from the charming terrace, and then have a relaxing bath in one of the splendid bathrooms. The house is great for a family vacation or a trip with friends. It has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms inside the house and 2 toilets outside, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a terrace, and a swimming pool.

LIVING ROOM & DINING:
The spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and an armchair. The formal dining room with a wonderful view of Pena Palace can seat up to 20 people. There are also dining facilities outside.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There are 6 elegant bedrooms in the house—4 bedrooms have double beds, 1 bedroom has 2 double beds, and 1 bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. There are 7 bathrooms in the house and 2 additional toilets next to the swimming pool. Bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, terrace, and swimming pool.
An ALTIDO employee will welcome you to the property and provide keys.

Other things to note
ALTIDO will be in touch to offer you assistance with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans, linen changes, and childcare equipment.

Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in.

A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM.

*Please note, that the property is fitted with noise detection device.
**Please note that the property is in the middle of the Sintra forest, far away from supermarkets, or other convenient places. This means that services like Uber might not found easily the property gate, in regards to this we strongly advise you to rent or use your own car.
***Please note that the area around the property do not have good cellphone signal, although the house has good Wi-Fi.
****Please note, the house manager, along with his pets, is living in the estate. Interactions will be kept by minimum.

The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer for your convenience.

The house is located in the heart of the charming Sintra region and grants incredible views of the famous Pena Palace. The old town of Sintra is a 25-minute drive away, and so are the lively seaside towns of Estoril and Cascais. Don’t forget to visit the legendary Casino Estoril, which inspired Ian Fleming to write the first James Bond novel, Casino Royale—it is only a 30-minute drive away.

The house is located a 40 minutes drive from Lisbon, a half-hour drive from Cascais and a 10 minute drive from Sintra's historical centre

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of EUR 1000 is mandatory and should be paid via card or cash and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.
