The spacious living room with a ceiling window has two comfortable sofas, one of which can be turned into a sofa bed, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. There is also an elegant dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. The modern open-plan kitchen has all the amenities, including an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a french press and a dishwasher.

Each of the two elegant bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, a large cabinet and a flat-screen TV. There is a glass shower cabin in the bathroom. Bathroom essentials are provided.

Laundry and Extra Appliances:
The property is also equipped with a washing machine with a dryer, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
