Please note that as a communal space, the appearance of these areas is beyond the control of JOIVY and the owner.

∗Our locks and keys are routinely inspected and replaced to ensure functionality. However, occasional wear and tear from frequent use may cause them to seem challenging to operate. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our 24/7 helpline for prompt assistance.

∗The flat features two spacious windows, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both opening inwards. The house manual provides guidance on safe operation and closure.

HOUSE RULES
