● On-street free parking is available, but please note that parking space is not guaranteed. Once the Leith Controlled parking zone begins, guests will have to use pay-and-display parking on weekdays between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30. Outside those times, there will be more on-street parking options, and they will all be freely available. Guests will always be able to stop temporarily at the entrance to the property to load and unload.

● A short 3-minute walk to The Shore Tram Stop, with trams running at an average frequency of every 10 minutes.

● The property can easily be accessed by taking the tram from several convenient locations:
— from the airport, which will take about 1 hour
— from Haymarket, which is directly outside the station, is an approximately 30-minute journey
— from St Andrews Square, which is next to Edinburgh Waverley rail station will take you in just 20 minutes

● A short 1-minute walk will take you to Bernard Street bus stop, which is a stop to Bus Route 34. The route includes:
— Fountainbridge, which will take you to Union Canal
— Lothian Road, Princes Street, Leith Street, which leads to St James Quarter
— The Shore and Ocean Terminal, which will take you to the Royal Yacht
