The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area of Rapallo, just a short walk away from major landmarks like Castello di Rapallo and Porta delle Saline. The train station and harbour are both within walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open terrace.

The space
This apartment was designed with love, and the moment you step inside, you will feel it. Pay attention to the fine details that make it special—glass hanging lamps, silver-framed mirrors, and lifelike artificial plants. Graceful ship models, fish wall decor, and vivid blue curtains will remind you that you are at the seaside. The apartment is professionally cleaned and suitable for a short- or long-term stay. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open terrace. Essentials, linens, towels, TV, and WiFi are provided.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN:
The homey living room has a sofa that can turn into a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an elegant dining area with a glass table that can seat up to 5 guests. The sparkling white open-plan kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The glass door leads to the large open terrace with dining facilities.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
In the bedroom, there are a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower glass cabin, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

ALTIDO’s place is located in Rapallo just a 2-hour drive away from Milan.

Rapallo is a charming seaside town on the Italian Riviera which attracts travellers from all over the world. Enjoy its colourful architecture, picturesque narrow streets, and incredible views over the Gulf of Genoa. The apartment is ideally located just a short walk away from major city landmarks such as the 16th-century Castello di Rapallo and Porta delle Saline, the only remaining gate from the ancient walls. Rapallo is located less than a 12KM drive away from Portofino and Tiguillo, which makes it the perfect base to explore the Ligurian coast.

Getting around
The property is located a 2-hour drive from Milan and a 30-minute drive from the centre of Genoa.

The Rapallo train station and the harbour, from where you can get a ferry to Portofino, are both just a short walk from the apartment.

House rules:
ALTIDO Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
